This notice covers this marketing website only. Clients who use the ChallengerOps client dashboard agree to its privacy terms separately.
When you request a review
The review request form sends your name, reply email and the details you choose to give (restaurant or group, package interest, concern and phone) to SEOD LLC by email so Eric can reply and arrange a conversation. We use it only to answer your request and discuss the service. Please do not include payroll, medical or other sensitive staff information.
If you choose to open an email draft or email Eric directly instead, your email application sends the message, and we receive your email address and what you write.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets first party cookies (_ga) and runs with Google signals off. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies. We record that a review link was clicked, that an email draft was opened or that a request was received. We never send your name, email, phone or what you wrote to analytics.
