  • See what changed

Receive updates showing completed work, unresolved issues and the decisions that need you.

What keeps coming back to you

The same problems land on the owner.

  • Everything depends on me.

Decisions wait for you, managers check with you first and nothing closes unless you chase it.

    Start with this concern
  • I need clarity on the numbers.

Sales, labor and cost reports arrive, but nobody explains what changed or what to do about it.

    Start with this concern
  • Standards and follow through slip.

The same issues come up at every visit, and agreed fixes fade after a few weeks.

    Start with this concern

Know the priorities. Give managers practical support. See what changed.

We organize the agreed work, record who owns each action and keep you informed about progress and the decisions that need you.

What that looks like

  1. 1Review the labor trend
  2. 2Document the issue
  3. 3Agree who owns the fix
  4. 4Track the action
  5. 5Report what changed

What keeps coming back to you?

Tell Eric the issue you want help with. A few sentences is enough to start.

Eric replies by email. You review scope and price before any engagement.

Initial term: three consecutive months. After that, the engagement continues month to month with 30 days’ written notice under the signed agreement.

Set in your proposal: service hours, scheduling, travel and service area, response times, and whether client dashboard access is included. Daily shifts, employment and spending decisions stay with you.

How we start

From request to working together.

  1. Request

Tell us what keeps coming back to you. Eric replies by email to set a time to talk.

  2. Conversation

We learn the concern, how your managers are organized, which records you keep and what support would help. If it fits, we write a proposal.

  3. Proposal

Scope, the people doing the work, visits, limits and the monthly fee, in writing. Nothing starts until you sign.

  4. Agreement

The signed agreement sets the start date. The three month initial term runs from that date, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice.

  5. Onboarding

From the start date we agree site and record access with you and your managers. When your proposal includes dashboard access, it is part of the monthly fee and we invite you during onboarding.

Owner questions

Before you decide.

Can I ask a question before choosing a package?

Yes. Send your question through the inquiry form or email Eric. A message does not book a meeting or start an engagement. If you want operating support, you review the proposed scope and fee before deciding.

Ask a question
What will you take off my plate?

Depending on scope, we prepare operating reviews, organize recruiting steps, document site findings, track manager actions and produce owner updates. The proposal names who does what, when and within which limits.

How will you work with my manager?

We agree responsibilities with you and your manager, then support clear priorities and consistent follow through. Your manager keeps daily service and shift authority. Employment and spending decisions stay with the authorized person at your business.

Who will I work with, and what must I provide?

The proposal names each person, their responsibilities and their availability. You provide an owner contact, agreed site and record access, manager participation and timely decisions. We define system permissions during onboarding.

How will I know the service is working?

We agree a baseline and priorities, then review completed actions and relevant measures such as labor trends, repeat findings, hiring progress and guest service issues. Owner updates and the 90 day review make the work visible. External factors and the limits of attribution are stated plainly.

What happens in the first conversation?

We learn your immediate concern, management structure, available records and the support you want. We discuss whether the service fits and explain the likely scope and price. The conversation is not a completed audit, a booked engagement or an agreement to hire us.

What happens after I send a request?

You describe the concern. Eric replies by email to arrange a conversation. You review the proposed scope and price before deciding anything.

Ask Eric

A person, not a chatbot
